About this role

The Research Assistant Tech 1 will support genetic experiments related to membrane contact site biology, handling DNA, yeast, and bacterial strains, and performing wet‑bench techniques such as plasmid assembly, PCR, gel electrophoresis, western blotting, and microscopy. The role includes coordinating workflow with lab members, maintaining equipment and supplies, and analyzing experimental data under the supervision of the Principal Investigator.
