About this role

A Research Assistant at the Chicago Center for HIV Elimination assists in overseeing implementation research projects focused on HIV, STI, and diabetes screening within the University of Chicago Medicine. The role involves supporting recruitment, conducting assessments and chart reviews, performing HIV testing and phlebotomy, and managing data entry for clinical and research teams. Responsibilities

Support recruitment of community members for research participation through screening and consenting
Deliver study assessments, interventions, and controls according to established protocols
Perform HIV testing, phlebotomy, and notification duties as assigned
Conduct chart reviews and assist with data entry for clinical and research teams
Compile progress reports and document study procedures and methods
