About this role

The role supports the Principal Investigator with experimental design, laboratory maintenance, and molecular biology techniques such as CRISPR/Cas9, sequencing, and flow cytometry.

Responsibilities

Perform research using human cell lines and mouse models
Conduct molecular biology experiments such as PCR, cloning, and Western blotting
Maintain cell cultures and support mouse studies
Assist the Principal Investigator with research project phases
Perform routine laboratory maintenance and reagent preparation
