About this role

AskBio is seeking a Research Associate II to support AAV delivery research within the Delivery organization in R&D. The role involves hands-on experimental support across molecular biology and cell-based workflows to advance preclinical gene therapy pipelines. Candidates will execute established protocols, generate reproducible data, and support laboratory operations with increasing independence.

Responsibilities

Perform plasmid purification and genomic DNA extraction
Conduct routine mammalian cell culture activities
Execute in vitro assays including transfection
Support sample preparation for downstream analyses
Document experimental procedures and results
