The Research Associate II will support bioprocess development to enable scale-relevant cell culture characterization, focusing on automated and high-throughput suspension cell culture workflows and bench-scale bioreactor experiments. The role requires clear communication of results and collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate experimental insights into broader R&D and manufacturing decisions.
