Research Associate III/IV

The Millay Lab at Cincinnati Children's is seeking a scientist to join a collaborative team investigating skeletal muscle development, regeneration, and novel therapeutic delivery strategies. The role involves independently designing and executing experiments on optimizing lentiviral vectors, extracellular vesicles, lipid nanoparticles, or related gene and drug delivery platforms. The position requires maintaining accurate laboratory records, troubleshooting equipment, and contributing to team meetings and publications.
