Responsibilities

Develop and optimize LPBF process parameters for Mg-alloys and thermal components
Conduct experimental design studies to investigate microstructure and thermal performance relationships
Fabricate and characterize coupon-scale samples using mechanical and microstructural analysis techniques
Design and manufacture prototype thermal management systems for high heat flux applications
Collaborate with researchers and students to integrate additively manufactured components into validation systems
