About this role

The Research Associate role supports the Reimbursement, Health Economics & Market Access (RHEMA) team in helping medical technology companies navigate the path from innovation to patient access. The position involves conducting research on payer coverage and payment policies, analyzing healthcare data, and developing client-facing deliverables to support reimbursement and market access strategies. This hybrid role is based out of the Washington, DC office.

Responsibilities

Conduct research on Medicare, Medicaid, and private-payer coverage, coding, and payment policies
Perform targeted literature searches and evidence landscape reviews for client research questions
Support market opportunity assessments and health economics analyses under project lead guidance

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in health economics, public health, health policy, epidemiology, economics, statistics, life sciences, or a related discipline
