TensorStax
TensorStax is seeking a Research Engineer specializing in Reinforcement Learning to develop autonomous AI systems for managing mission-critical data infrastructure. The role involves creating RL environments, fine-tuning language models, and incorporating recent RL advancements into practical applications. The engineer will work on cutting-edge research to enhance language models' reasoning and problem-solving capabilities in large-scale data environments.
TensorStax is an autonomous AI platform for data engineering that uses AI agents to plan, generate, validate, and self-heal production-grade data pipelines. It automates data model and test generation, produces Git-based changes (PRs), offers dry-run validation, and provides real-time monitoring and observability. The platform integrates with dbt, Airflow, Spark, AWS Glue, Databricks and major warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift), and can be self-hosted while never accessing raw data. Built for enterprises, TensorStax includes security and compliance features such as HashiCorp Vault, SOC 2 Type II, RBAC, GDPR support, and audit logging.
