Research Engineer

Neo Research is seeking a Research Engineer to build and maintain experimental systems for evaluating increasingly capable AI models, focusing on misalignment and loss-of-control risks. The role involves designing realistic agent environments, developing long-horizon evaluation infrastructure, and ensuring experimental reliability and reproducibility.
