Research Engineer

The Research Engineer at Ai2 is a core team member responsible for training and optimizing the organization's flagship open models, such as Olmo and Molmo. This role involves designing, training, and evaluating multimodal models and agentic workflows while bridging cutting-edge research with production-quality software engineering practices.
