Research Engineer

Raydar is recruiting for a Research Engineer to build and run evaluation and reinforcement learning task pipelines for coding-focused AI models. The role involves working directly with external customers, running evaluations of leading AI models, and growing into a leadership position over the first several months. This position requires a blend of research intuition and engineering skills to design and build coding evaluations and reinforcement learning tasks.
