Research Fellow

The Research Fellow drives the development of atomic-layer-deposited oxide semiconductor thin-film transistors and scaled short-channel devices for back-end-of-line integration with CMOS. The role involves designing, fabricating, and characterizing these devices while executing full process flows in the cleanroom. The position also requires performing electrical characterization, preparing manuscripts for top-tier venues, and mentoring students.
