Research Fellow

The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering is seeking a Research Fellow to lead process development and device fabrication for a wafer-scale carbon nanotube CMOS research programme. The role involves developing and optimizing core process modules, qualifying carbon nanotube array films, and characterizing devices electrically and statistically. The successful candidate will author the process-of-record and support its transfer to an industry partner for verification on a 200 mm production line.
