University of Birmingham
The Research Fellow will apply nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy and imaging to investigate how ions are stored electrochemically in carbonaceous materials. Working within an interdisciplinary team, the role involves leading experimental research, developing local-structure-property relationships, and collaborating across materials chemistry, electrochemistry, and NMR spectroscopy disciplines. The position is part of a Leverhulme Trust-funded project aimed at creating a unified model of electrochemical ion-storage in carbon.
A world top 100 university and part of the prestigious Russell Group, the University of Birmingham makes important things happen.
