About this role

The Research Fellow will lead the development of the Digital ATCO Assistant by designing and evaluating Agentic AI and multi-agent architectures for task decomposition, planning, and workflow orchestration. The role involves building retrieval-augmented generation pipelines and tool-calling capabilities to enhance the assistant's knowledge, reasoning, and operational integration. Collaboration with domain experts and technical leads is required to translate use cases into research requirements and expose capabilities through APIs.

Responsibilities

Design and evaluate Agentic AI and multi-agent architectures for task orchestration
Develop retrieval agents and end-to-end RAG pipelines using vector databases and knowledge graphs
Design benchmarks and conduct experiments to evaluate agent performance and retrieval precision
