Performs primary and secondary market research and provides consulting aligned with Corporate Strategy to improve the performance of the Health Plan and affiliates. Establishes the Research Insights function as a Center of Excellence by monitoring trends, producing actionable insights, and serving executive and operating management with objective research expertise. Communicates findings to stakeholders to inform strategic and tactical decisions.
