Research Lab Tech - Breyne Lab

The Research Lab Tech supports ongoing studies focused on developing genetic and molecular therapies for hereditary neurological disorders, including DYT1 dystonia. The role involves assisting with studies using gene editing technologies, patient-derived cellular models, and delivery platforms to investigate therapeutic correction of disease-causing mutations. The technician performs routine and experimental laboratory procedures, including mammalian cell culture, sample preparation, and data organization.
