Research Project Manager

This role contributes to the analysis of internal and external opportunities related to operating goals and independently manages the implementation of assigned projects and outreach initiatives. The position serves as an expert resource and mentor for research personnel, troubleshooting problems and contributing to project design, feasibility, and outcomes measurement. It involves designing, organizing, and monitoring projects, including budget and financial management, while leading education and outreach efforts for internal and external staff. The role requires frequent travel to support community-based participatory research efforts and may involve hybrid work arrangements near a Mayo Clinic campus.
