Research Psychologist

The Research Psychologist supports the FAM2OUS team at NAWCTSD in Orlando, Florida, by conducting research in human factors, cognition, and human performance to enhance naval aviation training effectiveness. The role involves designing studies, applying statistical analysis and data science methods, and developing AI tools to improve training and debrief activities.
