Research Scientist

Netflix is seeking a Research Scientist to drive applied research by conceptualizing, designing, and implementing innovative algorithmic solutions for personalization, recommendations, and other AI/ML applications. The role involves exploring and applying state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques, including LLM development, while developing production-ready systems. This position requires a strong background in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, excellent software engineering skills, and the ability to collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams.
