Research Scientist

Topos Bio is seeking a Research Scientist to develop and optimize machine learning methods that bridge simulation, protein modeling, and small molecule design. The role focuses on creating generative models for protein conformational ensembles and building novel ML architectures for ensemble-based affinity prediction and generative chemistry. This position requires a strong foundation in machine learning theory and a deep understanding of modern generative models applied to the sciences.
