Deep Genomics
Deep Genomics is seeking a Research Scientist to design and execute cell-based studies evaluating the functional impact of oligo-based therapeutic modalities, including ADAR-mediated RNA editing and siRNA, on liver disease. The role involves building and applying advanced two-dimensional co-culture and three-dimensional liver disease models to connect editing measurements with biological outcomes. This hands-on, individual contributor position is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, with collaboration across sites in Toronto, Canada.
Deep Genomics is an AI-driven genetic medicines platform company that develops and applies Biological Foundation Models (BioFM) to transform drug discovery. Their BioFM Platform integrates AI model development, lab-in-the-loop workflows, fit-for-purpose training datasets, and screening technologies into a single architecture to find molecules and targets others would miss. By combining advanced AI with high-throughput biology, Deep Genomics aims to accelerate the development of life-changing medicines for patients with genetic diseases.
