Research Scientist

Mecka AI is seeking an experienced Research Scientist to advance the capabilities of large-scale vision-language and multimodal foundation models. The role involves hands-on research and development across model training, post-training, reinforcement learning, and multimodal reasoning to translate breakthroughs into real-world capabilities. You will work across the model development lifecycle, from data strategies to evaluation and optimization, pushing the boundaries of what multimodal AI systems can accomplish.
