Research Specialist

The Research Specialist supports municipal registration, jurisdiction activation, and multi-state expansion by collecting, validating, and maintaining accurate regulatory and operational information. This role prepares the research foundation required for the Registration & Activation Specialist and Compliance Lead to communicate with jurisdictions, complete registrations, and resolve issues. The position involves managing jurisdiction research, documentation, and ongoing maintenance to ensure compliance and operational readiness.
