About this role

The Research Technician will develop, execute, and document calibration workflows for engineered cell lines, operating fluorescence measurement systems and maintaining mammalian cell cultures. The role supports interdisciplinary projects in the Mechanical Engineering department, collaborating with faculty, postdocs, students, and external partners.

Responsibilities

Maintain mammalian cell cultures and prepare cells for testing
Develop and execute calibration standard operating procedures
Operate fluorescence measurement systems and related benchtop equipment
Record, organize, analyze, and archive experimental data
Coordinate with postdoctoral researchers, graduate students, and external collaborators
