Research Technician

The Research Technician operates, maintains, and troubleshoots pilot plant production equipment to support product development and scale-up across Personal Care, Oral Care, and Skin Health categories. This role involves executing trial batches, ensuring cGMP and EHS compliance, and collaborating with R&D scientists and supply chain partners to validate engineering concepts. The position requires strong mechanical skills and a working knowledge of laboratory methods and FDA-regulated environments.
