This research role focuses on quantifying the impact of hydrate formation on the injectivity of CO2 injection wells and developing chemical-based solutions to prevent or remediate injectivity decline. The position involves conducting experimental programs in collaboration with JIP scientists to test potential mitigation and prevention methods, including the injection of chemicals to dissociate already-formed CO2 hydrates.
