Reservation Agent

Mandarin Oriental Jakarta is seeking a Reservation Agent to join its team, responsible for efficiently and accurately processing all room reservations via phone, email, booking platforms, and online chats. The role involves handling guest communications, verifying reservation details, and maintaining effective communication with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations. The position reports to the Reservations Manager and requires strong customer service and bilingual communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
