Reservationist

As a Reservationist at Hawksmoor, you will be at the heart of the guest experience, welcoming guests, managing reservations and waiting lists, and coordinating seating and cloakroom services. This role supports the floor team to ensure smooth service delivery and contributes to providing warm, generous hospitality from the first interaction. The position involves handling guest enquiries, managing restaurant flow, and assisting with table setup and service as needed.
