Reservations Agent

The Reservations Agent serves as a primary point of contact for guests, handling phone inquiries, booking and managing lodging and restaurant reservations, and providing accurate information about the resort's amenities and activities. The role involves confirming reservations, assisting with changes and special requests, and collaborating with the Front Office and other departments to ensure a smooth and welcoming guest experience.
