Reservations Agent

The Reservations Agent works closely with the Sales and Event planning team to monitor group room pick-ups and turn-downs while assisting with bookings from various guests and channels. This role involves handling all aspects of reservations, including group bookings, crew allocations, and FIT arrivals, while providing professional service to guests via phone and email. The position requires actively promoting hotel outlets, facilities, and promotions to maximize revenue and ensure guest satisfaction.
