Reservations Agent

The Reservations Agent is responsible for selling the hotel and providing information to prospective guests via phone, email, chat, or other tools to ensure guest satisfaction. This role handles general phone calls, routes inquiries, processes reservations, and manages guest recognition duties to prepare for arrivals. The position also involves handling guest complaints, confirming reservations, and supporting the Sales Team with various departmental tasks.
