Reservations Clerk

The Reservations Clerk is responsible for managing all activity space and playing surface bookings across multiple University of Guelph athletic facilities for both internal and external clients. The role involves prioritizing booking requests, resolving conflicts, and providing excellent customer service to ensure accurate scheduling. Additionally, the incumbent handles revenue collection, accounts receivable, and acts as a system administrator for the facility's financial and booking software.
