The Reservations Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for school groups, families, and campers at the Great Lakes Science Center, managing reservations and ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry through arrival. This role involves handling bookings, processing payments, and coordinating day-of logistics while maintaining familiarity with the Center's programs and mission.
