Reservations Supervisor

This role involves managing guest room assignments, ensuring maximum selling capacity, and maintaining accurate inventory balances for hotel and villa rooms. The position requires providing courteous guest service, communicating room availability across departments, and executing internal reservation requests. The incumbent will also support the Reservations Department with administrative tasks and ensure compliance with resort policies.
