Reservations Supervisor

The Reservations Supervisor supports the Reservations Manager in delivering a smooth and commercially focused reservations operation while providing day-to-day guidance to the Reservations Agent. This role involves overseeing daily reservations activities, maximizing occupancy and revenue, and ensuring exceptional guest service from initial enquiry through to arrival. The position requires close collaboration with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to maintain high standards and resolve complex booking inquiries.
