Reservations

The role involves handling rooms and food & beverage reservation inquiries via phone, email, or fax, converting sales where possible, and ensuring accurate and timely communication with guests and travel agents. Responsibilities include promoting hotel products, up‑selling, managing bookings, handling no‑shows, maintaining group booking information, and preparing reports to support revenue and occupancy targets.
