The Reserves Engineer supports the team with reserves evaluation and analysis, maintaining the corporate ARIES database, and assisting with financial planning and economic evaluations. This role serves as a key liaison between engineering, accounting, IT, GIS, finance, operations, and land teams to ensure consistent and accurate data across the organization. The position is based in Houston, TX and reports to the VP, Corporate Reserves.
Caturus is an integrated natural gas company recognized for its ability to drill long laterals and deep, high-pressure wells in technically complex environments, particularly within the Eagle Ford and Austin Chalk formations of Texas. The company manages the full natural gas value chain, from upstream production and midstream gathering to liquefaction and export through its Commonwealth LNG subsidiary, which is developing a 9.5 Mtpa LNG export facility on the U.S. Gulf Coast near Cameron, Louisiana. Caturus operates 150 miles of gathering infrastructure and maintains 1 Bcfe/d of contracted midstream capacity to access premium markets.
