Resettlement Case Management Intern (Fall2026)

Resettlement case management interns support the IRC's resettlement team by assisting newly arrived refugees and immigrants with essential services such as housing setup, benefit activation, and orientation sessions. This role involves working directly with clients remotely or in-person to facilitate their integration into the Baltimore community while maintaining case documentation. Interns will learn effective case management strategies and communicate across cultures under the direction of a caseworker or supervisor.
