About this role

The Residence Life Coordinator is a live‑in professional staff member who leads an assigned residential community, fostering a safe, inclusive, and student‑centered environment. Reporting to the Director of Residence Life and Housing, the coordinator supervises Resident Assistants, coordinates programming, supports student well‑being, and participates in on‑call duty for crisis and conduct response.
