Residence Worker

This position supports the supervisor in providing orientation, training, and guidance to residence workers while assisting clients in group homes to successfully live in residential settings. The role focuses on meeting clients' physical, emotional, social, educational, and medical needs to enhance their quality of life through activities of daily living and life skills development. The position operates within a unionized environment with a 40-hour work week.
