The Residences Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners, residents, and their guests, ensuring personalized service delivery and anticipating needs throughout the ownership journey. This role involves coordinating pre-arrival arrangements, in-residence services, and bespoke experiences while maintaining detailed resident preference profiles. The position requires fostering strong relationships, supporting community engagement, and upholding Six Senses' core values of sustainability, wellness, and emotional hospitality. The concierge also manages resident concerns, ensures privacy and discretion, and collaborates with various departments to deliver exceptional residential experiences.
