Residency Coach

PEBC is seeking a Part-Time Residency Coach to support teacher residents in developing the knowledge and skills needed to become effective classroom teachers. The role involves observing candidates, providing coaching and feedback, tracking progress against program standards, and collaborating with program staff to ensure successful transfer of learning into practice. This position requires working with a caseload of residents throughout the 2025–2026 school year, including local travel to schools in the Denver Metro area for in-person observations.
