Residency Program Manager

This role manages the daily operations of a residency program, ensuring compliance with ACGME standards and supporting the Program Director, Faculty, and Residents in delivering high-quality education and training. The position involves overseeing administrative operations, accreditation, curriculum development, and clinical operations support to facilitate successful graduate medical education. The incumbent serves as a liaison between the program, GME office, hospital departments, and external training sites to foster positive relationships and ensure regulatory compliance.
