The Residency is an immersive internship that provides hands-on experience in end-to-end product development within a global design and engineering consultancy. Residents receive direct mentorship from senior experts, work cross-functionally with peers across disciplines, and participate in real client-focused projects. The program is designed to accelerate career development and transition participants into full-time consulting roles.
