Resident Advocate

The Resident Advocate assists in planning, organizing, and evaluating the facility's Social Services Department to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role involves collaborating with administration and medical staff to develop care plans, advocate for resident rights, and facilitate advance care planning. The position requires supporting residents with social history assessments, grievance resolution, and access to appropriate treatment and resources.
