Resident Aide

The Resident Aide provides compassionate, hands-on care and companionship to residents in both memory care and assisted living settings. This full-time role involves assisting with quality of life needs, mobility, hygiene, and other daily activities while ensuring prompt responses to call lights. The position operates on a 32-hour weekly schedule during the second shift.
