Resident Assistant (Assisted Living)

The Resident Assistant provides direct personal care to assisted living residents, including bathing, transfers, dressing, feeding, toileting, and vital signs, while reporting condition changes and promoting independence. The role works collaboratively with the nursing team, follows the plan of care, and handles medication passing on a part‑time schedule.
