Resident Assistant – Memory Care

The Stilley House is seeking a compassionate and dependable Full-Time Overnight Resident Assistant to provide direct care and support to Memory Care residents during the 11:00pm–7:00am shift. This role focuses on maintaining a safe, comfortable, and positive environment while assisting with daily living activities, responding to emergency calls, and supporting residents' dignity and quality of life. The position requires a team-oriented individual who can effectively communicate with residents, families, and healthcare staff in a senior living community.
